Lead Safety CE - MD/PA (Hybrid)

Description

This 2.0 hour CE course will cover the dangers of lead exposure, the types of homes that are most likely to contain lead, and the testing methods used to identify lead hazards. Agents will also learn about the requirements surrounding lead disclosure and their responsibilities in ensuring that their clients are informed about potential lead hazards.

By the end of this class, real estate agents will be better equipped to protect their clients from the potential health risks associated with lead exposure. Consumers will benefit from working with agents who are knowledgeable about lead hazards and who can help them make informed decisions when buying or selling a home. Additionally, agents who have completed this course will be able to provide a higher level of service to their clients by helping them navigate the complex regulations surrounding lead disclosure and testing.
