Christina Ocharzak  -  Christina is a Maryland resident proudly serving the tri-state region of Maryland, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. As a dedicated mortgage professional, she is committed to guiding clients through every step of the home financing journey. Christina understands that the mortgage process can feel overwhelming, which is why she strives to make it clear, comfortable, and achievable—answering questions, easing concerns, and helping each client reach their homeownership goals. With nearly 11 years at First Home Mortgage, Christina brings deep experience and a legacy of industry knowledge. Her mother, Cathy, has been in the business for over 30 years, so Christina was practically born into this world of mortgages and client service—giving her a strong foundation for the work she does today. Outside of work, Christina is happiest in the great outdoors. She enjoys fishing, riding horses, hunting, snowboarding, and just about any adventure that gets her outside.


Marty Scovitch  -  Marty is currently in his 29th year of assisting homeowners in the mortgage industry. For nearly a decade he owned and operated the mortgage brokerage firm, Interstate Funding Corporation. He joined Embrace Home Loans in 2011 as a Senior Loan Officer, doing what he loves – helping borrowers obtain residential purchase and refinance mortgages. Marty is licensed in MD, VA, PA, WV and Washington DC. Born and raised in Maryland, he lives with his amazing wife of 26 years, their twin boys and daughter, along with 2 border collies- Beau and Finn. In his spare time, he enjoys college football, golf, fishing, and coaching youth/high school sports.
