Description

This 2-hour course will provide a general overview of first-time homebuyer programs that are available to clients in Maryland and Pennsylvania. You'll walk away with a better understanding of the purpose and structure of these programs, learn the major loan products and down payment assistance options through the Maryland Mortgage Program (MMP) and the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA).
