Description

This is a 3.5 hour course designed for real estate salespersons which will raise knowledge and competence when preparing and presenting statements of estimated costs for both buyers and sellers (reinforcing Pa Code §35.334). We will review legal requirements for preparation and presentation to clients and consumers. The class will include an in-depth discussion of all common fees and costs associated with the sale and purchase of real estate and will also address all variations, including, but not limited to, FHA financing, VA financing, USDA financing, and cash transactions.
