Fair Housing - MD & PA

Hosted at our Real Estate Resource Expo, this is a 2-hour course designed for real estate agents, which will incorporate Federal and State Fair Housing laws, as well as procedures and professionalism of licensees. The class will review a history of fair housing issues and legislation through the years, current protections, common violations, emerging issues, and best practices to treat everyone fairly and avoid common fair housing pitfalls.
