Description

Earn CE credit while learning about what bond loans are and who can utilize them, hear about the Maryland Mortgage Program, the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA), and how home improvements may help your clients. 

This 2-hour course will be held in-person at the Pen-Mar office in Hagerstown, MD. The course will be worth 2.0 elective CE credits.
