Shelley is the Broker at RE/MAX Realty Agency, where she manages the daily operations of the business and provides support and education to the agents. Shelley has worked with RE/MAX Realty Agency, for over 20 years. Her years of experience and knowledge of the industry are an asset when it comes to serving the agents and the public. 

Shelley also previously served as the CEO of Pen-Mar Regional Association of REALTORS for 4 years, lending her a unique perspective to the industry. Happily married with 4 kids, Shelley understands the importance of family and celebrated her son being 10 years cancer-free in 2019. She is also an animal lover and currently has 2 very active dogs which keep her on her toes.

Julie Fritsch, a full-time real estate agent with Mackintosh Inc. Realtors, who is licensed in Maryland, Pennsylvania & West Virginia, has an extensive background in education and customer service. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance Education from Shenandoah University, and a Master in Education degree from Wilson College. She has served as an Adjunct Instructor at Hagerstown Community College where she taught the MD Real Estate Pre-Licensing Classes. In the past, Julie served as an instructor/choreographer at the Barbara Ingram School for the Arts, located in downtown Hagerstown. Prior to that, Julie was a dance instructor/choreographer at Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia.

Julie fully supports her community by being a member of the Hagerstown Chamber of Commerce and Washington County Arts Council. Julie was recently elected as 1st Vice President (President Elect) representing her local real estate board, Pen-Mar Realtors, where she also serves on its Education Committee. Julie is proudly involved with The Washington County Community Action Council where she is currently serving as an active board member. Julie has recently partnered with the Hagerstown Flying Boxcars to sponsor the always fun 7th inning stretch and is looking forward to being a part of their fun, family, and community involved events. Julie was also voted onto Hagerstown Magazine’s Hot List for Real Estate Agent every year from 2015 through 2024, and received the prestigious Mackintosh Inc., Realtors President's Club Award for $3-6 million volume sold in 2015, 2017, Superior Achiever's Club Award for $6 million plus volume sold in 2016, 2018-2021, and 2023, and the Premier Achievers Club in 2021 and 2022 for $10 million plus volume sold.
