Karen Ebeid brings a heart of gold, boundless enthusiasm, and over 30 years of customer service expertise to her real estate clients. Having raised two sons in the Tri-State area, she has fully embraced the community and its rich offerings, and she's eager to share her insights with new friends and neighbors. Shelby started in real estate in 2015. In addition to serving Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Georgia; Shelby has led a team, educated many agents as a mentor and trainer, hosted fundraising events and has served on the PenMar Board for over 6 years as secretary and treasurer, and served on the MR board. Now, as she continues her real estate career she is also achieving her other goals by running her business consulting company, growing her networking group, working on her non-profit and book & up leveling her education. She prides herself on failing forward and taking what she's learned to pour into others and grow them. When Shelby is not doing real estate then she is usually outdoors making memories, trying a new recipe in the kitchen or planning her next get-together with friends and family.

Mike doesn't like selling, he likes connecting. He is a member of multiple professional organizations focused on property rights and landlord stewardship. His work through the Hagerstown Home Store helps people negotiate a path to home ownership, something many of them never thought they would be able to do. Licensed since 1998, Mike still finds time for tennis, writing and producing EDM music, and highly strategic video games.

Mike holds the e-Pro certification which gives him an edge with digital marketing, and is a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute, earning him the GRI designation as well.

Kristyn is a Franklin County native with deep roots in the real estate industry. Licensed since 2010, she earned her broker's license after extensive advanced education and experience, and spent six years as an associate broker with a RE/MAX firm. In 2022, she founded Kandor Real Estate to provide clients in Pennsylvania and Maryland with a high standard of service in transparency and professionalism. Kristyn assists buyers and sellers each year and remains committed to delivering an exceptional real estate experience.

Outside of work, Kristyn enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and two cats, often camping, biking, and managing their investment properties together.

Michelle found her passion for helping individuals and families achieve homeownership after spending several years working in banking. A mortgage loan officer since 2005, Michelle's strong communication skills and background in customer service allow her to provide personalized, comprehensive support throughout the home financing process. She is a Certified Veteran Mortgage Advisor, specializing in VA loans and offering tailored expertise and education to Veterans and their families. Beyond the office, you can find her volunteering as an Ambassador with the Cumberland Valley Business Alliance, with Habitat for Humanity, and other local organizations. She has a strong passion for helping others, both at work and in the community.

Julie Fritsch, a full-time real estate agent with Mackintosh Inc. Realtors, who is licensed in Maryland, Pennsylvania & West Virginia, has an extensive background in education and customer service. She fully supports her community by being a member of the Hagerstown Chamber of Commerce and Washington County Arts Council. She also has recently partnered with the Hagerstown Flying Boxcars to sponsor the 7th inning stretch and is looking forward to being a part of their fun, family, and community involved events.
