Description

This is a 3.5 hour course designed for real estate agents, which will incorporate Federal and State Fair Housing laws, Article 10 of the REALTOR Code of Ethics, as well as procedures and professionalism of licensees. The class will review a history of fair housing issues and legislation throughout the years, current protections, common violations, emerging issues, and best practices to treat everyone fairly and avoid common fair housing pitfalls.
