Description

This is a 3.5 hour course designed for real estate salespersons which will raise knowledge and competence when preparing and presenting the Agreement of Sale for both buyers and sellers (reinforcing Pa Code §35.333), the Exclusive Listing Agreement (reinforcing Pa Code §35.332) and Exlclusive and Non-Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreements. We will review legal requirements for preparation and presentation to clients and consumers. The class will include an in-depth discussion of all provisions and rights and responsibilities of sellers, buyers and licensees.
