![]() | This interactive session will explore the intersection of leadership and mental wellness through the lens of Identity, mindset, and systems. The experience will blend structured reflection, facilitated dialogue, and practical application. Participants will examine key leadership patterns that directly influence mental well-being — including how unclear identity can contribute to overcommitment, how reactive thinking increases stress and impacts judgment, and how misaligned or underdeveloped systems can make long-term sustainability difficult. Through guided discussion and practical exercises, attendees will assess how these dynamics show up in their own professional lives and will identify meaningful adjustments that strengthen clarity, resilience, and sustainability. Natalie Fox founded Positive Ripples Coaching because she believes leadership is about more than just running an organization—it’s about shaping the culture around us. Her mission is to help business owners and leaders harness their influence to build workplaces where people don’t just survive the daily grind but truly thrive—bringing out the best in themselves, their teams, and those they serve. With over 20 years of experience in business and leadership, Ms. Fox has seen firsthand how identity, mindsets, and systems shape the way leaders show up for themselves and others. |
