Description

This is a 3.5 hour course designed for real estate agents, which will incorporate agency law and responsibilities as defined by the Real Estate Licensing and Registration Act, as well as information from the NAR Settlement. The class will review a history of agency and legislation through the years, fiduciary duties to clients, duties owed to all consumers, agency relationships available in Pennsylvania, a review of forms, and applying agency principles to real life business situations.
