Please join us for our Annual Membership Meeting and Trade Show at the Fountainhead Country Club on October 25th and 26th! These events are completely FREE for Pen-Mar members! 

For "Day 1" of our events, you can expect the following:

9:00am-10:00am Brokers Summit *invite only (guests from Bright, PAR, and MR will join us)

10:00am-11:00am General Membership Meeting Session and Reports. Last chance to VOTE!!!

11:00am-12:00pm Keynote Speaker Brian Donnellon, President and CEO of Bright MLS

12:00pm-1:00pm Buffet Lunch (free for all attendees)

1:00pm-3:00pm FEMA Flood Insurance/Mapping Workshop (*this is not CE, info will cover MD, PA, and WV)

1:00pm-4:00pm You Pick Workshops (various workshops available from different presenters. Stop by the ones that interest you the most!)
