Description

Course Description: This is a 3.5 hour course designed for real estate agents, which will raise awareness and competence when representing both buyers and sellers (reinforcing Pa Code §35.929 (a)(1) and (9)). We will review issues with deeds and title that can be discovered well in advance of a real estate transaction in order to minimize loss of time and money for clients and consumers.
