Description

Course Description: To provide agents with a comprehensive understanding of the most common issues that can arise when buying or selling a home.  During the class, agents will learn about the top 10 home defects, including electrical problems, water damage, and foundation issues.  They will also learn how to identify these problems and understand their impact on the overall value of the property. Additionally, agents will learn how to communicate these defects to their clients effectively, enabling them to make informed decisions when buying or selling a home.
