I am a mortgage loan officer with First Home Mortgage in the tri-state area. I love helping people finance homes!
I have severed on the Board of Realtors as well as many committees over my years with Pen-Mar. I truly enjoy being engaged with the members and partners who make up our industry. Building relationships and supporting the real estate community has always been an important part of my career.
When I’m not working with clients or involved with the real estate community, you’ll most likely find me outdoors. I enjoy boating, fishing, hunting, and love spending time outside whenever possible.

Shelby started in real estate in 2015. In addition to serving Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Georgia, Shelby has led a team, educated many agents as a mentor and trainer, hosted fundraising events and has served on the Pen-Mar Board for over 6 years as secretary and treasurer, and served on the MR board. Now, as she continues her real estate career she is also achieving her other goals by running her business consulting company, growing her networking group, working on her non-profit and book & up leveling her education. She prides herself on failing forward and taking what she's learned to pour into others and grow them. When Shelby is not doing real estate then she is usually outdoors making memories, trying a new recipe in the kitchen or planning her next get-together with friends and family.

“Marty”, as many of his thousands of repeat customers call him, is no stranger to the mortgage industry and is currently in his 27th year of assisting homeowners. For nearly a decade he owned and operated the mortgage brokerage firm, Interstate Funding Corporation. He joined Embrace Home Loans in 2011 as a Senior Loan Officer, doing what he loves – helping borrowers obtain residential purchase and refinance mortgages. Marty is licensed in MD, VA, PA, WV, DE, TX, and Washington DC.

Born and raised in Maryland, he lives with his amazing wife of 24 years, their twin boys and daughter, along with 3 border collies- Beau, Finn, and Maisy. In his spare time he enjoys college football, golf, fishing, and coaching youth sports.
