Sarah is a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty and a long‑time Greencastle resident with a background in education & ministry.  Before stepping into real estate, she spent years serving families through teaching and church ministry, experiences that shaped her passion for helping people feel supported, seen, and at home. Sarah and her husband, Todd, have built their life in Greencastle over the past three decades, raising their three children and staying actively involved in the community they love. Kaleb is a third-generation auctioneer and realtor. His passion is assisting sellers in real estate transactions and helping them achieve the best possible result for their property. He enjoys and specializes in assisting clients in farm and land transactions. Kaleb served a two-year service mission for his church in Paraguay, he is now fluent in Spanish. Kaleb studied Ag Business and Business Management at Brigham Young University- Idaho. He has received training on Real Estate transactions and Farm and Land sales throughout many U.S states. He has received the Certified Auction Institute and Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate Designations from the National Auction Association making him part of an exclusive group of auction professionals. Kaleb’s most important thing in his life is his faith and family, he has a beautiful wife Kara, son Hal, and daughter Sadie. In his free time Kaleb enjoys raising cattle and sheep.
