Shelby started in real estate in 2015. In addition to serving Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Georgia, Shelby has led a team, educated many agents as a mentor and trainer, hosted fundraising events and has served on the Pen-Mar Board for over 6 years as secretary and treasurer, and served on the MR board. Now, as she continues her real estate career she is also achieving her other goals by running her business consulting company, growing her networking group, working on her non-profit and book & up leveling her education. She prides herself on failing forward and taking what she's learned to pour into others and grow them. When Shelby is not doing real estate then she is usually outdoors making memories, trying a new recipe in the kitchen or planning her next get-together with friends and family.

Karen Ebeid brings a heart of gold, boundless enthusiasm, and over 30 years of customer service expertise to her real estate clients. Having raised two sons in the Tri-State area, she has fully embraced the community and its rich offerings, and she's eager to share her insights with new friends and neighbors. Matt Gunder is a Waynesboro, Pennsylvania native and REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty. Licensed in Pennsylvania since 2001 and Maryland since 2003, he brings more than 20 years of experience helping clients buy and sell residential, land, and investment properties throughout the region. He is committed to providing knowledgeable guidance, personalized service, and exceptional results. 

Matt resides in Waynesboro with his wife, daughters, and family dog on their small family farm, where he enjoys staying connected to the community he proudly serves.

Kaleb is a third-generation auctioneer and realtor. His passion is assisting sellers in real estate transactions and helping them achieve the best possible result for their property. He enjoys and specializes in assisting clients in farm and land transactions. Kaleb served a two-year service mission for his church in Paraguay, he is now fluent in Spanish. Kaleb studied Ag Business and Business Management at Brigham Young University- Idaho. He has received training on Real Estate transactions and Farm and Land sales throughout many U.S states. He has received the Certified Auction Institute and Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate Designations from the National Auction Association making him part of an exclusive group of auction professionals. Kaleb’s most important thing in his life is his faith and family, he has a beautiful wife Kara, son Hal, and daughter Sadie. In his free time Kaleb enjoys raising cattle and sheep.

Licensed in Pennsylvania and Maryland since 2015, Heather Barrick is an experienced real estate professional with a strong commitment to community and service. A member of PenMar Realtors Board of Directors since 2018, Heather has chaired numerous committees, served as the association's President in 2022, and now contributes as the 2025 Secretary. Originally from Chester County, PA, with time spent in Hampshire County, WV, she now lives in Franklin County, PA. Heather brings a well-rounded perspective to her work. Beyond real estate, she has volunteered extensively, including seven years with the local PTO and as a parent mentor with Parent to Parent of Pennsylvania. One of her proudest accomplishments was assisting the Waynesboro School District in purchasing their life skills house, reflecting her dedication to making a meaningful impact

Kristyn is a Franklin County native with deep roots in the real estate industry. Licensed since 2010, she earned her broker's license after extensive advanced education and experience, and spent six years as an associate broker with a RE/MAX firm. In 2022, she founded Kandor Real Estate to provide clients in Pennsylvania and Maryland with a high standard of service in transparency and professionalism. Kristyn assists buyers and sellers each year and remains committed to delivering an exceptional real estate experience.

Outside of work, Kristyn enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and two cats, often camping, biking, and managing their investment properties together.
