Shelley has worked with RE/MAX Realty Agency, for over 20 years. Her years of experience and knowledge of the industry are an asset when it comes to serving the agents and the public. 

Shelley also previously served as the CEO of Pen-Mar Regional Association of REALTORS for 4 years, lending her a unique perspective to the industry. Happily married with 4 kids, Shelley understands the importance of family and celebrated her son being 10 years cancer-free in 2019. She is also an animal lover and currently has 2 very active dogs which keep her on her toes.

Licensed in Pennsylvania and Maryland since 2015, Heather Barrick is an experienced real estate professional with a strong commitment to community and service. A member of PenMar Realtors Board of Directors since 2018, Heather has chaired numerous committees, served as the association's President in 2022, and now contributes as the 2025 Secretary. Originally from Chester County, PA, with time spent in Hampshire County, WV, she now lives in Franklin County, PA. Heather brings a well-rounded perspective to her work. Beyond real estate, she has volunteered extensively, including seven years with the local PTO and as a parent mentor with Parent to Parent of Pennsylvania. One of her proudest accomplishments was assisting the Waynesboro School District in purchasing their life skills house, reflecting her dedication to making a meaningful impact

Licensed in PA and MD since 2020, Wes has a strong belief that there is a path to homeownership for everyone. He specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, and has partnered with the Hagerstown Home Store and Pathstone in Chambersburg, PA to educate buyers on how the homebuying process works. In addition to his commitments as a Pen-Mar board member, he is also active in the community with the Chambersburg Rotary Club, Habitat for Humanity of Franklin County, and Racial Reconciliation of Franklin County.

Kristyn is a Franklin County native with deep roots in the real estate industry. Licensed since 2010, she earned her broker's license after extensive advanced education and experience, and spent six years as an associate broker with a RE/MAX firm. In 2022, she founded Kandor Real Estate to provide clients in Pennsylvania and Maryland with a high standard of service in transparency and professionalism. Kristyn assists buyers and sellers each year and remains committed to delivering an exceptional real estate experience.

Outside of work, Kristyn enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and two cats, often camping, biking, and managing their investment properties together.
