Shelley is the Broker at RE/MAX Realty Agency, where she manages the daily operations of the business and provides support and education to the agents. Shelley also previously served as the CEO of Pen-Mar Regional Association of REALTORS for 4 years, lending her a unique perspective to the industry. Happily married with 4 kids, Shelley understands the importance of family and celebrated her son being 10 years cancer-free in 2019. She is also an animal lover and currently has 2 very active dogs which keep her on her toes.
Heather Barrick
Licensed in Pennsylvania and Maryland since 2015, Heather Barrick is an experienced real estate professional with a strong commitment to community and service. A member of PenMar Realtors Board of Directors since 2018, Heather has chaired numerous committees, served as the association's President in 2022, and now contributes as the 2025 Secretary. Originally from Chester County, PA, with time spent in Hampshire County, WV, she now lives in Franklin County, PA. Heather brings a well-rounded perspective to her work. Beyond real estate, she has volunteered extensively, including seven years with the local PTO and as a parent mentor with Parent to Parent of Pennsylvania. One of her proudest accomplishments was assisting the Waynesboro School District in purchasing their life skills house, reflecting her dedication to making a meaningful impact
