You can now view the newly added 2025 Dues Schedule on our website, including dues and fees changes from Pen-Mar as well as Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS, and Maryland REALTORS. Note, this year the National Association of REALTORS has not changed their dues amounts.

As far as Pen-Mar Dues and Fees Changes, the Board of Directors has approve the following changes:

Realtor/Secondary Dues: $15 per year increase

Affiliate Company Dues: $15 per year increase

New Member One-Time Application Fees: $50 increase

Late Payment of Dues Fine: $30 increase
