Changes are coming soon. Are you prepared? August 17th is the settlement deadline for all MLS' to make their necessary policy changes to accommodate the nationwide settlement agreement. Please note, Bright MLS will implement these changes ahead of schedule, effective August 14th. 

The National Association of REALTORS® has an entire page dedicated to information about the settlement that every member should read! Likewise, there is also a helpful video from Bright MLS that explains in depth what to expect with these soon to be implemented changes.
