Trooper Megan Frazer was born and raised in Chambersburg PA and graduated from Chambersburg High School in 2008. She then attended University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama earning a degree in criminal justice and EMT emergency services.

She attended the Pennsylvania State Police Academy in 2013 and was then assigned to patrol at the Gettysburg Station. In 2019 she became the Public Information Officer for Troop H where she still is assigned. As the PIO, she works as a liaison between the media and the state police to ensure accurate and timely information is released to the public.

Trooper Angela Laviena (not pictured) was raised in Schuylkill County, PA in a family of 6 siblings. She attended Elizabethtown College and received my Bachelors degree in Psychology before moving to Hershey, PA to become a Trooper. She graduated as a Trooper in 2018. After graduation, she was stationed at the Chambersburg Barrack and worked as a Patrol Trooper from July, 2018 until October, 2021 when she was transferred to Harrisburg after receiving a specialty spot as the Community Service Officer for Troop H. Troop H coverage area includes Perry, Dauphin, Cumberland, Franklin, and Adams County.

This interactive session will explore the intersection of leadership and mental wellness through the lens of Identity, mindset, and systems. The experience will blend structured reflection, facilitated dialogue, and practical application.

Participants will examine key leadership patterns that directly influence mental well-being — including how unclear identity can contribute to overcommitment, how reactive thinking increases stress and impacts judgment, and how misaligned or underdeveloped systems can make long-term sustainability difficult.

Through guided discussion and practical exercises, attendees will assess how these dynamics show up in their own professional lives and will identify meaningful adjustments that strengthen clarity, resilience, and sustainability.
