Professionalism Under Pressure: Ethical Dilemmas in Everyday Practice (MD/PA) - In Person

Wednesday, October 21, 2026 (1:00 PM - 4:00 PM) (EDT)

Description

Ethics challenges rarely arrive with a warning label. Professionalism is tested when transactions become complicated, competing interests arise, and real estate professionals must make difficult decisions under pressure. This course uses realistic, discussion-based scenarios to examine common ethical issues and explores how professionalism, ethical decision-making, and consumer protection work together. Participants will leave with practical strategies to reduce risk, strengthen consumer confidence, and consistently demonstrate professionalism in their everyday practice.
